I go through labour on November 27,which foods help me to recover more fast.

A. Dear ma’am, include protein rich foods in your diet for wound healing. You can take amla curry leaves juice or amla murabba, oranges, bell pepper salad with few drops of lemon juice, boiled sprouts, boiled egg whites. Include more fruits, veggies and leafy greens. Drink liberal amount of water to stay well hydrated.
