I give paracetamol syrup as directed by the physician his face was lot of red pimples ,which lotion is safe to use

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you can use mild and gentle baby lotion and face cream made of natural ingredients like Moms co or mother sparsh and also use other baby skin care products like soap or baby wash and if the rashes is more then it is better to check with your doctor
