I give birth to my baby with c-section delivery before 1 month so that when can I start workout for to lose tummy and which type of exercises can I do?

A. You can start a regular walking after 3 months of surgery. To do any activity that will put extra pressure on your abdomen like bending, better Wait for a minimum six months after surgery.
