i gave my baby rice grain size walnut one day and next day i saw many small size pimple came out in his knees and hands slowly becoming bit big and red. what should I do.

A. hi parent please stop giving her the nuts if she's allergc to it. give her the other dry fruits please take allergies test and make sure if it's only because of the said walut or it was a coincidence
