Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi mam , it is not necessary to not get fever after painless Vaccines mam ,each child is different and so reactions after Vaccination may vary. in painless Vaccines , babies can get fever but it is low grade fever and it usually subside within 2 or 3 days.
