Q.

I found some nutritional recipe for baby. that is 1.mashedgreen peas 2.Ragi finger millet porridge 3. apple puree 4.Ragi porridge with Banana 5.mixed dal /lentils with rice or veggies. for weight gain on firstcry site but when to give I can't plan on the weekly routine. which one give to breakfast, lunch and dinner? please help me out

A. thank you for reaching out to us with this question all these a great recipes for your baby you can always start the day with a fruit or vegetable and chapati or rice can be for lunch a light snack and you can place the day with Ragi flour make sure there are more varieties available for your child so that he can get all the nutrition possible and you can review a lot of daily menu suggestions if you get on your first cry app they are great to follow
