I found some grey hair, whats the possibility of grey hair and remedy to stop grey hair

Regular is going to be good but you know you have to understand this thing which has happened is irreversible so you cannot get black hair instead of grey now but yes if regular oiling and hygiene and head scalp is maintained properly with a good oil and shampoo then it will not create a problem over the period the other hair will not turn out right now but what has turned u cannot reverse it
