Your child is about 1 1/2 kgs under weight that you can easily pick up with the balance nutritious diet plus proteins if you’re unable to understand what kind of a diet you should give you can always take an advice with a nutrition they can help you with a proper diet plan to follow that is going to be good apart from that you should give proper veg and nonveg proteins whatever your preference would be and that should be good if you feel your child is weak check with your doctor start with nutritional supplements like vitamins and Iron for your child and also lastly I would say don’t beat yourself up unnecessarily and stop taking these blame always working women have to balance two things which is not very easy since you do not have a support of your husband also only your mother-in-law is doing it I am very certain she also must be trying her level best to do what she can do but it’s okay sometimes these things can happen but that’s not necessary because you’re working mother that is why this is happening some kids generally do not have a very good physique and structure to pick up on even if they’re eating the best of food so it’s okay
