I feel a little scared about birth pain ... and i really worried about my little baby.. please help I'm 30 week pregnant

Siri I can completely understand your concern it’s very common for women to be scared to have a vaginal delivery because obviously the pain is much into that case but I would like to tell you that labour pain is same in both the cases when it is normal or it is a C-section delivery but also the benefit with a normal delivery is that the healing is quite fast you do not have much of a restriction as you Are having when you have a C-section delivery and trust me it’s a much better process to go for you just have to mentally get yourself ready for that and by the end of the day when you hit your labour whatever the situation is on that basis would it would be decided whether you need to go for a C-section or a normal delivery is suitable to you
