1.Eat balanced diet including fruits vegetables and protein and dry fruits and dairy products.
2.Drink plenty of water.
3.Exercise regularly.
4.Meditate and keep your self calm stress free... sometimes stress is the main cause for hair fall
5.Avoid shampoos and contdtioners with harsh chemicals, avoid heat for hair styling.
6.Massage your scalp with coconut oil.
7.Ask your doctor for supplements.

Maintain balanced diet. If you are breastfeeding,include calcium & iron supplements.
You can also do various blood tests to know any deficiency or disorders.

Try using any and coconut oil which you can genuinely prepared at home start losing that otherwise you can try this home remedy where you can actually or soak fenugreek seeds overnight and make up brush in the morning apply in roots keep it for one hour and then you wash year that is also going to be helpful
