You Can you get the family planning operation with your doctor if you want to say very minor thing apart from that if you want you can get a copper tea inserted in your body there can be injections that you take have to take every 3 to 6 months to avoid pregnancy or contraceptive pills why did you before for any of the things just discuss it with your gynaecologist
