I don't have adequate breast milk to feed baby, so please suggest any formula milk and foods to increase lactation?

A. Shatavari powder you can take to increase your lactation if it helps have plenty of fluids and proteins in the diet and as of now you can give Similac advance that is supposed to be one of the finest formulas to be given to the child
