I do not takeout the seeds of watermelon before giving it to my toddler . does it affect his immune system negativily

A. Hello good morning !! Yes seeds,nuts or tiny food items might cause a choking hazard to the babies. So it is suggested not to give direct nuts,seeds ,tiny foods items directly to the babies until 4-5 years of age. You can powder the dried nuts and seeds , deseed the fruits before offering to the babies.
