i do exclusive breastfeeding to my 3 months old. but recently for last 6 7 days, baby isn't taking more than 2 feed during night time, from 12 am to 6am duration. is it noraml? he is sleeping sound. so i am worried to wake him up also.

A. hi as babies grow their sleep and feeding patterns also change. so if your child looks happy healthy and active,gains enough weight then no need to worry about anything. just ensure that your child should pass urine atleast 7 or 8 times in a day
