i dint get my periods in last 3 months. pregnancy is negative. i am getting pain in between. why it is happening

The best treatment to have Regular periods is by having a healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking or jogging along with mild exercise and meditation whenever possible. as medications will only act till you are taking them you can consult with your doctor for medication but do not take the medications regularly
