i diliverd a baby girl by c section... bt I didn't have enough breast milk ..pls help me #asktheexpert

A. take shatavari powder with milk, it give good result

A. hi parent I suggest you take two leptadene tablets twice a day with glass of milk daily please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your daily diet please include green leaf veggies and fruits and different seed and nut please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
