I didn't have any problem during my whole pregnancy does that increase my chances of having normal delivery??

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. Just because you didn’t have any issues during pregnancy we cannot guarantee that you will have a vaginal Delivery. Labour is a dynamic process and it depends on how the baby is navigating through your pelvis so always you should have a mind ready for cesarean also even though the doctor is trying for a vaginal deliveryWrite Your Answer Here

Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
