Q.

I did sugar test with glucometer at home in the morning when I got up. it was 60mg/dL. Evening I had little tea, sweet bun around 6pm, repeated the test at 9pm. It was just 75mg/dL. Is it normal? What happens if the sugar level falls down? Does it harm the baby in any way? I am 34 weeks pregnant
