Q.
I did not use belly belt after delivery.my baby is 2years old.present I wear the belt .is the belt works to me or not.

Do some exercises gradually
Floor exercises and walk are best
Abdominal muscles toning exercises and cardio are good
Drink 3-4 litres of water per day
Choose healthy foods
