I did my c section 5.month back last month I got my periods still I didn't get my periods but I have white discharge stomach pain back pain and left leg pain evn I ate papaya aslo how to get periods immediately

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. You can eat khajoor or have gur with little melted ghee and have half spoon til seeds with water twice a day and walk or sone other physica lol activity needs to be started

Relax I will just tell you this thing that once you resume your period sometimes for first six months after you resume they can be irregular or they can be abnormal also so don’t worry about it if you’re already having been and probably will get it within 5 to 10 days still if you do not get it you can take a consultation from your doctor or you can wait like I said for six months it can be upside down
