Q.
I delivered my baby on Oct 19,till date my periods has not appeared.is this a cause of worry.Please advice.

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. nothing to worry it's very normal you can wait till one year after delivery for the period to re aka till then no medication is needed just maintain good health by daily walking good nutrition and adequate water

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi if you are nursing mother then it is normal to not get periods or to get irregular period during breastfeeding journey. so don't worry. it will regularise by own. but if you have any doubt , please do pregnancy test.
