Q.

I delivered my baby 3 month ls ago but I still haven’t had my periods.. is it normal? (Also I’m not pregnant)

A. its ok. Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year and may remain irregular for a few months no medication is needed for that you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake and use proper contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy

A. hi if you are nursing mother then it is normal to not get periods during breastfeeding journey so no need to worry just take necessary precautions to avoid unwanted pregnancy
