Q.

I delivered my 1st baby girl in March 2018.after 2 months of delivery, I developed an abscess in my right breast & that got worst. I felt better after a mastitis surgery. I was unable to breastfeed that time but now on 6 september 2024 I became a mother again and 4-5 days of normal milk supply in both of the breasts the right breast got shrunk and forming very low milk supply. because of that right breast is looking very small in comparison of left. both breasts looks so uneven. what can I do now?

A. I think you had this abscess in the right breast and then you have a surgery maybe because of that it is drinking like this otherwise in normal course of life both the breasts are going to make almost equal amount of milk and the size is also same so I think it would be good for you to connect with your doctor once
