i delivered baby with c sextion. i have no any exterior stitches, all stiches are interior dissolvable. can i wear belt? is it safe for me or not..?

Yes you should definitely start wearing maternity well to end at least you should wear it for next six months. It is totally safe and you should wear it regularly. Baby should be totally your mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else to your baby tell your baby turned six months old
