Q.

I deliverder two days back normal delivery now sounds in stomach what is the solution

A. it may be due to gases, indigestion or due to empty stomach. Have 4 to 5 Healthy meals. Consume more protein rich food, Include more Green vegetables , easy to digest food. drink please ty of fluids.
