dear mam,
It has been 15 months since delivery but till now the stomach has not reduced and the stech mark is still there in the stomach. Please suggest some solution.

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc 
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly

Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily or bio oil massage regularly 
Do abdominal stretching  exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy 
Consult with your doctor in person for proper  physical examination and treatment
