Q.

I deliver baby in nov. 2022. After that periods started in feb 2024 and started some problems such as headache and gas. how can I do?

A. hi. might be its because of hormon changes. keep ur self well hydrate, and eat healthy diet. start doimg some meditation n yoga too and once meet ur doctor.
