Q.

I deliver a baby on Feb 2 ..my baby is asking continuous feed that is in 2 hrs i need to feed her for 3 times. I think my milk is not sufficient for her and my breast is soft during this continuous feeding. how can i find whether iam having sufficient milk for my baby or not

A. Hi mom Do swaddling cuddling swinging to soothe your baby Give adequate feeding Burp well after every feeding Try to keep head up position while feeding Take healthy protein rich nutritious food to increase your milk supply Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration
