i cut my 3.5 month baby boy's finger skin near by nails by mistake while nail cutting..is anything serious. should i go to doctor

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. no you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everytday and maintain hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly meet your doctor for examination and specific treatment. clean the area twith soap and water
