Q.
I breastfeed my baby in mng before going to job and return at 5 . When I return home , do I need to discard some feed before feeding my baby or I can give him directly?

You can give directly
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables juice etc
Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
Take a good care of your baby
