Q.

I go to job. My baby is 5 month 26 days old I feed breastmilk to my baby. My job timing is 9 to 6. when I return home can I feed breastmilk directly to my baby? or remove some breastmilk & then feed to baby ?

A. You can remove some n feed. Also you ca' store n the morning before you leave. Like. breastmilk can be well stored In room temperature for 4-6 hours. But it's good to consume within 4 hours. That's safe. In fridge you can store upto 4-5 days. And in freezer you can store upto two weeks. It's absolutely safe. To feed heat a bowl with water and over that place another bowl with stored milk and heat it for few mins say 2-3 mins. Store breast milk in bottles made of glass or hard plastic with tight-fitting lids. Don't store milk in disposable bottle liners.
