Q.
I breastfeed my baby and haven't got my periods since almost 10 months now. how long does it usually take to start again?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. you can wait till one year for your periods to restart again after delivery till then medication is needed just maintain proper contraceptive used to avoid unwanted pregnancy and have regular daily walking along with good nutrition

Usually for breast feeding mother's the periods are irregular..
But as you don't have get any periods since ten months , please consult your gynacologist for the proepr diagnosis .
Take nutritious diet
Take sunbath daily
Don't use RO water
