Q.

I bottle feed my pumped breastmilk to daughter, she drinks around 500ml in an entire day including night feeds, is this sufficient ? I give her solids 2 times a day - lunch & dinner Lunch is usually vegetable purées and dinner is Ragi porridge. This she eats about 4-5 tablespoons (60-80ml) each meal. Should I reduce her solids so she drinks more milk ?

A. hi please don't rely on such measurements or food quantity only The major concern should be your child should feel comfortable with the amount and frequency so if child is not showing any discomfort, weighs enough,no need to worry about such things increase food Quantity, consistency and frequency only as per your child needs.
