Q.

I baby diagnosed with mesentric lymphodenopathy in the abdomen. she is having abdominal cramp along with vomiting tendency once or two days. now I am worried about it. is it curable and what medicine should give.

A. This is normal in children. It is because of infection and inflammation of mesentric nodes. Take albendazole. In case it’s persistent needs antibiotic course to treat the infection
