Having pain abdomen along with loose motion and vomiting and fever since yesterday.... Plz advice treatment

A. hi first , maintain good hydration throughout the day. give Luke warm water with pinch of salt and Tulsi leaves,give it in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours. give liquids like coconut water, buttermilk, soup, lassi, nimbupani etc more maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner. and if temperature remains same ,or it persist for more than 3 days , please visit your pediatrician for this.
