Q.

I am using Norethisterone acetate tablets for heavy periods I stopped taking medicine from 3 days but my period is not come. I am worried about it is this problem is effects on my second pregnancy plz suggest me how I regular my periods naturally

A. The best treatment to have Regular periods is by having a healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking or jogging along with mild exercise and meditation whenever possible. as medications will only act till you are taking that. so better avoid regular medication
