Q.

I am trying to do potty training for my son, he doesnt sit on toilet seat, or small potty seat , when he urges to pass motion. This causes stool hardening. He has a habit of doing by standing and only in diaper. So i am trying really hard, not forcing him . but still, the moment i try to make him sit , he resists , stiffens his leg , doesn't sit at all. Also, feeding him, is not very easy, he resist to eat most of the time, even in all other days. no matter how much i try to make him eat or drink, as of now he will not co-operate much . how to make a child sit ? is there any laxative i can try to help him to pass motion, and avoid stool getting hard more.

A. it is ok will be gradually. No need to worry for the same as it looks normal and physiological for all . If the condition persist then medication or any treatment can be done after consulting a doctor
