Q.

I am the mother of a one year old child and my weight at the time of delivery was 55 kg, now my weight is 39 kg, my weight has not increased even 1 kg since the time of delivery. I am more irritable, is this why I am not gaining weight? Or could there be some disease reason behind this?

A. Hello dear parent! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your diet. Consult your doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and a healthy lifestyle. Good luck and take care.
