A. If your 21-month-old child is having stomach problems, it could be due to various reasons like indigestion, constipation, gas, or a mild infection. Common signs include bloating, discomfort, changes in stool, or loss of appetite. Offer a light, balanced diet with plenty of fluids, avoid spicy or heavy foods, and ensure they get enough fiber through fruits and vegetables. If the problem continues for more than a few days, or if there’s vomiting, diarrhea, or fever, it’s best to consult a pediatrician to identify the exact cause and get the right treatment.
