i am taking speedral and orotate tablet from the day of pregnancy till now. my baby is 6 months old. so i will stop theses or continue??

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello dear this both are the supplements which are suggested to you by your doctor which are very important after the delivery for the proper recoverment and as it has been six months and you do not feel any kind of problem in your body the nearest you can stop it but keep on taking healthy and nutritional diet
