I am suffering severe hair loss after 3month of my pregnancy. It's alarming the way hairs fall out. Plz help

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician9 months agoA. Try including more protein in your diet in all 3 meals and while using oil for head massage add little castor oil abd few drops of rosemary oil in your coconut oil abd use sulphate free shampoo
