preetMom of a 3 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. 1. try taking iron medicine with lime water just before u take ur breakfast 2. or u can change ur brand of iron 3.i increase ur diet with iron rich food 4. discuss with your doctor if having intolerance she might suggest you injectable substitute
