I am suffering from irregularities of period I tested thyroid by myself because of family history so according to my report do I have thyroid???will I face difficulty in conceiving???

Q. hi all, am 25 weeks pregnant now and yesterday I got tested for thyroid and sugar as I have a family history of diabetes. my thyroid level is 5.5 whereas my sugar is normal before fast and 220 after eating. I am confused and tensed could you help me
