i am suffering from constipation in 6 month of pregnancy..suggest some home remedies?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. it is important to take proper water and dietary fibre and after that also if the constipation is present please meet the doctor for examination it is not advise able to take any medicine without medical consultation of your doctor. you can continue the supplements given by the doctor during pregnancy but any type of painkiller as well as antibiotics as well as any other medicine should be taken after examination by your doctor only
