Q.

i am suffering from cold as well as my new born baby sneezing n little water coming out of his nose

A. Saline nasal drops spray is available in the medical store. This spray will reach its medication till the throat area, where the germs/ bacteria lives. Even for babies also available. Drink only hot water this will be helpful to control the bacterias. For seniors hot water saline gaugling will relief all sort of throat problems.
