Q.
I am suffering from bad constipation since last week.. I am 10 weeks pregnant.. what should I do??

U Consult your doctor if they advise you with some laxative other than that as of now you should try to have a good amount of water and liquids whatever you like to have and you should also make sure that you are having a good amount of fruits which are rich in fibre and lastly I’m just going to advise you to avoid banana completely if you’re constipated
