I am still feeding, but I am worried about my tummy. how to reduce it, overall weight gain not too much.

A. Hi you can start with strength training exercises to gain muscle mass & reduce the fat mass across whole body Also , change your eating habits by replacing sugar. sweets, junk, fried foods with lean protein like skim milk, low fat paneer, Dal's, egg whites, pulses sprouts curd & Vegetables, fruits nuts
