A. hi as pregnant lady ,you must take homemade healthy and well blanaced diet. you can take different food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, nuts, pulses, dairy products etc. keep your body well hydrated avoid drinking RO water. take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day. maintain good hygiene.
