A bleach you should avoid and if you want to use a bleach then you should look for a particular brand which has no such thing that’s going to be bad for your skin bleach are generally not advisable and for facial kit I don’t think anyone would be a problem but you can see 03 is very good otherwise you can confirm with the Dr
