Q.

I am planning for pregnancy now, but I was COVID positive on 26 Sept 2020. Again I checked on 10Dec 2020, but then it was negative. So is it right time now plan for pregnancy as now me and my husband both are not having any health problems?

A. Make sure that you are healthy enough to sustain a pregnancy. Start taking prenatal vitamins at least three months before you conceive and take high-protein diet to recover faster. High protein diet is a must when you get pregnant alsoWrite Your Answer Here
